Placemarks allows you to add a pin for every country (region, city, street...) where you've been to. Just place them to your personal map, add an optional title and badge (like, dislike, love) and share it on Facebook, Twitter, Stumbleupon. Or just send the link of the map to your friends or to yourself by email!
Requires iOS 4.3 or later. Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
